InfyClick provides an offerwall platform that connects publishers and advertisers. Publishers can monetize their applications by displaying offers from advertisers to their users.

Publisher Obligations

• Provide accurate information about their applications
• Not use fraudulent methods to generate clicks or conversions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not display inappropriate content alongside the offerwall

Advertiser Obligations

• Provide accurate descriptions of their offers
• Pay for valid conversions in a timely manner
• Not promote illegal or harmful products/services
• Maintain adequate funds in their account

Payment Terms

Payments to publishers are made according to the payment schedule selected in their account settings. Minimum payout thresholds apply. Advertisers must maintain sufficient balance to cover their campaign costs.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

InfyClick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
